The hotel offers elegant junior suite-like rooms with typical Ritz Carlton quality. The service was excellent, catering to our needs promptly. Conveniently located in the business district, the hotel is safe and close to decent restaurants. The dining experience was satisfying, but breakfast seemed overpriced. Overall, a comfortable stay with attentive service.
The hotel is a delightful stay with a welcoming atmosphere and great Pisco sours available even after check-out. However, the rooms lack a Nespresso machine, which could enhance the experience.
I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The rooms were as luxurious as you would expect at a Ritz Carlton, complete with a Nespresso machine and access to the Club lounge. They were extremely comfortable, featuring a large bedroom and a spacious and cozy living room. The service was exceptional, with staff waiting for us at the designated spot and providing us with plenty of information for our first trip to South America. They even made sure we had our luggage before we checked out. The location was perfect, situated in the lovely Las Condes neighborhood, with easy access to the subway, downtown area, and numerous restaurants. The dining experience was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The facilities, including the spa, were excellent. Overall, a fantastic place to stay.
